All the sales and shipping are handled by my husband Morgan Slade and myself in our living room! so if you have any questions that aren't found below please drop us an email to morganslade@hotmail.com. or call Morgan (but please not till after 12 AM PST, if you are on the east coast, we work late!) at 626-221-3223.

We are making efforts to add quality items to our site through 2009, and to further improve our customer services, if you have any ideas that could help us with this, please send us an email we would love to hear from you!

All items are either hand made by myself in my downtown LA live/work studio with help from the Miss Derringer crew (thanks ghost army girls Ricci & Aileen!) or they are a limited edition collaborative effort with a few select companies that have been swell to work with. All the hand made items can only be found on this site, except sometimes at a gallery that I show with.

How long does it take to process my order?
2-3 weeks for ready made items, 4-8 weeks for hand made items. (If you need it sooner please drop me a line and I'll see what I can do!)

How things are shipped
Right now we are using USPS priority mail, all orders over $50.00 will require a SIGNATURE confirmation. Please let us know if you prefer to not have signature confirmation and we will make other arrangements.

At time of shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International orders
International orders will be sent priority mail, unless you have specific instructions.

Returns or exchanges
If you are not happy with your item we will take it back provided it is not a custom handmade item, personalized, or if the item was pre boxed and opened, you will be responsible for the return shipping unless it is a defective item.

As part of a recycling effort my neighbors have been saving their old magazines and catalogs for us to use as packing material, I hope you don't mind!

US shipping rates

$1.00 to $19.99 is $6.00 for priority mail with delivery confirmation.

$19.99 to $49.99 is $8.00 for priority mail with delivery confirmation.

$50.00 to $99.99 is $12.00 for priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance.

$100.00 to $199.99 is $14.00 for priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance.

$200.00 and up is $18.00 for priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance

We have decided to upgrade our shipping to a more premium service with the USPS to ensure that your order gets to you in a timely manner. Due to this change postage costs have increased and we require signature confirmation for orders over $50.00.
