for my 2 cent sizing I can say that the ladies T's run small, if your thin and flat chested (like myself) then the small will fit snugly, if your thin with anything above a B-cup then you may want to get a medium- these do shrink a bit in the wash unless your a laundry nazi and you wash them inside out in cold hang to dry (unlike myself!)
this is my favorite T! with or without my design on it i love the fit - i wear it in sm and medium depending on if I'm feeling fat or not!
